I make most of my jewellery in Argentium silver, an improved version of sterling silver that contains a higher proportion of silver and less copper, with added germanium to prevent oxidation. Argentium silver is very durable and resistant to tarnish, meaning your pieces are much more likely to stay nice and shiny even with daily wear compared to traditional 925 sterling silver. Caring for your Argentium silver jewellery is easy - the best way to clean it is to wear it! When taken off for longer periods, oils, lotions, body fluids or perfumes that have come into contact with the metal can cause tarnishing. To avoid this you can make sure to clean and dry the jewellery, and once fully dried store in an airtight bag if you know it won't be worn for some time.
