SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are carefully processed and prepared within 1-3 days, unless otherwise communicated. During busy periods or when we're away, processing times may be extended—you will be notified via email if your order will take longer than expected.  

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (Denmark): 3-5 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's journey.

Customs & Duties

For customers outside Denmark but within the EU, any applicable VAT is included in the price. You should not incur additional customs fees.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email] within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can assist you.
